Limit the amount of desserts/junk food. I have a chocolate obsession, hot chocolate especially this timeof year. Instead of a hot chocolate packet I drink hot milk chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast. Instead of chocolate chip muffins I eat VitaTops!

Wear my orthotics all the time!
