My Running Resolutions

  1. Eat fruits & vegetables on a regular basis. 
  2. Improve recovery – post-workout meal, sleep (duration, quality).
  3. Limit the amount of desserts/junk food. I have a chocolate obsession, hot chocolate especially this timeof year. Instead of a hot chocolate packet I drink hot milk chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast. Instead of chocolate chip muffins I eat VitaTops!
  4. Stretch more. 
  5. Wear my orthotics all the time!
  6. Eat more protein.
  7. Foam roll at least 3 times a week.
  8. Massage my legs more often.
  9. Find a sports psychologist and go see him/her.
  10. Don’t underestimate my abilities.
